We’re thrilled to have a selection of beans from Microbeneficio La Joya in Veracruz, Mexico, led by Samuel Ronzon. This natural experimental typifies some of the exiting coffee that Samuel is producing.
These beans are naturally processed, with carefully controlled experimental processes of fermentaton and drying on African beds.
Roasted in micro batches to a medium light roast, resulting in a smooth and juicy body with balanced notes of papaya, grapefruit rind, raw sugar, and fruity pebbles.
